Online account
The easiest online portal to set up and use is a standard online account. Ask one of our team to set you up and you will then be able to log into the FlexiTog website with your special login to be able to have access to the following features:
- Ability to view past orders and invoices
- Ability to make payments, request returns, re-order, and more
- If you have a credit account you have the ability to use this online
- If you have an agreed pricing structure you have the ability to use this online
- Saved address and other info for super quick checkout

In addition to the online account described above we can enable extra features on your online account which will enable you to:
- Add employees to the account with individual budgets
- Order per employee (items will be marked with the employee's name on the delivery note)
- Create spend and product usage reports per employee for super easy tracking
App
The FlexiTog App takes even more effort out of the uniform ordering process! Here's how it works:

Employee downloads the app and uses their unique log-in

Employee can browse items that have been approved by their company and make a request for their required items

A manager can view the requests (on PC or using the FlexiTog app) and approve them
- Items will be marked with the employee's name on the delivery note
- Managers can create spend and product usage reports per employee for super easy tracking
