Areas of Compliance

  • Resizable Text (WCAG 1.4.4): Our website supports text scaling up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.

Areas for Ongoing Improvement


  • We acknowledge there are areas that still require enhancement, and we are actively working toward full compliance in the following:
  • Non-Text Content (WCAG 1.1.1): Some images currently lack alternative text. We are in the process of auditing and updating all product and support images with descriptive alt attributes.
  • PDF/Manual Accessibility: Some of our downloadable PDFs are not fully accessible. We are transitioning to accessible HTML versions or properly tagged PDFs.
  • Captions and Transcripts: We are working on providing captions and transcripts for all video and audio content to ensure multimedia is accessible to all users.
