FlexiTog returns policy
Our aim is to make any returns as simple as possible. By following the guidance below, you can help us to quickly process the return of your product.
Please note that all products should be unused, in a saleable condition, and if possible with their original packaging.
RETURNING UNWANTED PRODUCTS
Under our 30 Day Return Guarantee you can cancel your order within 30 days of purchase. We will offer an exchange or refund on all faulty products or unwanted items retuned in the original packaging and in a resellable condition.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:
Log in to your FlexiTog web account
Navigate to "Helpdesk" in the red header menu
Select "Purchases" in the menu
Enter details of your return in the form
Submit the form and our team will get back to you
To track the status of your return go to your account and select 'tickets'. Here you will be able to view the return request you have raised.
RETURNING FAULTY PRODUCTS
Under our 30 Day Return Guarantee, faulty products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Once we have received the product back into our warehouse it will be assessed
If we find that it is a faulty product we will;
Offer a repair
Replace the item
Or supply you with a credit note
Should we discover that the fault is down to misuse, general wear & tear or the item is deemed to be outside its guarantee we will
Inform you of the outcome of our investigation
Offer to return the product back to you
If possible offer a repair service (this would be chargeable)
Or dispose of the product for you if it is no longer wanted.
RETURNING MADE TO MEASURE / PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
Certain products are excluded from the guarantee. These include products made to measure & products with personalisation (embroidery/logos). For further clarification on these, please contact customer support on 01692 400300
Please ensure all returns are clearly marked for the attention of the Returns Department and include reference to your Returns Note Number (RMA)
