We can deliver direct to you or to your customer. It's easy to add another delivery address to your account, just select change under the ‘Your Shipping Address’ area of the ‘Review & Submit Your Order’, you can then select an existing saved address or enter a new shipping address. Add the address to your account for use the next time you wish to place an order.
Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email with the courier's details and your consignment number. You can also track parcels from the My Account page, click see orders and select the order you wish to track, the order will be brought up with a tracking number under the shipping information section, by clicking on this number the order can be tracked on the UPS website (this will open in a new tab) alternatively visit https://www.ups.com/tracking/trafficking and enter your tracking number.
